What is the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT)?
The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism is the government-standardised training designed to improve understanding, awareness, and support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. OM Training Hub Ltd is an approved provider of this training.

Who can book training with OM Training Hub?
We deliver training to NHS organisations, health and social care providers, charities, and private organisations, as well as individuals who wish to upskill in line with the OMMT framework.

What training levels do you offer?
We deliver both Tier 1 (eLearning + interactive session) and Tier 2 (face-to-face classroom training), in line with statutory requirements.

Do you use Experts by Lived Experience (EBLEs)?
Yes. Each training session is co-delivered by a Facilitator and an Expert by Lived Experience (EBLE) to ensure authentic voices and real-world perspectives are at the heart of the training.

Where do you deliver training?
We deliver training across the UK. Sessions can be run onsite at your venue or at one of our partner venues. For bespoke sessions, travel and mileage costs may apply.

How much does training cost?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the training date can be rescheduled free of charge. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
