At OM Training Hub, our team is united by a shared commitment to improving understanding, inclusion and the quality of support available to autistic people and people with a learning disability.
We bring together experience in training, project management, administration, quality assurance and lived-experience-led learning. Working collaboratively with trainers, co-trainers, approved providers and organisations across England, we help make The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism accessible, well organised and meaningfully delivered.
Behind every training session is a dedicated team working to support learners, coordinate delivery, build strong partnerships and ensure that the voices of autistic people and people with a learning disability remain central to the programme.
Meet the Team
Director
Emma Dreyer
Emma is the Director of OM Training Hub and leads the organisation’s development, partnerships and national delivery support. With more than 18 years’ experience across project management, business support and administration, Emma brings a practical and people-focused approach to everything OM Training Hub does. She also has a background in supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability, which has shaped her commitment to accessible, inclusive and high-quality training. Emma established OM Training Hub to create a central space where organisations can access training, approved providers can collaborate and trainers and co-trainers can receive ongoing support. She is passionate about building strong working relationships and developing systems that make training easier to access and deliver across England.
Training Administrator
Alana McCay
Alana is the Training Administrator at OM Training Hub and is often one of the first points of contact for our clients and learners. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration that supports our training delivery and works closely with the wider team to ensure that communications are handled promptly and professionally. Alana’s friendly and organised approach helps create a smooth and welcoming experience from the initial enquiry through to the completion of training.
Project Officer
Danni Aw
Danni is the Project Officer at OM Training Hub and plays a central role in supporting the national coordination and delivery of our training programmes. Before joining the team, Danni worked as a Project Officer in an NHS ICB, this experience has given her a strong foundation in project coordination and extensive knowledge of working within the Public Sector. At OM Training Hub, Danni coordinates training events across England, she is our data queen and also works closely with trainers and Experts by Lived Experience. Danni manages our OM Trainers Village and supports the management of training bookings, attendance information, evaluations and training records. She also assists with data reporting, quality assurance acti Danni’s attention to detail and calm, professional approach help keep our projects organised and our national training delivery on track.
Project Manager
Julie Ticehurst
Julie is the Project Manager at OM Training Hub and oversees the coordination and development of our national training programmes. Before joining OM Training Hub, Julie worked within the Quality, Safety and Improvement Directorate at NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board. She brings valuable NHS experience and a strong understanding of quality improvement, governance and effective service delivery. Julie manages national training activity, and develops systems to improve the way we work, while also managing the OM Providers Circle - our support and collaboration network for approved providers. Her organised approach helps ensure that OM Training Hub’s services continue to run smoothly as the organisation grows.
