2 Day - Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Facilitator Training (1)

Would you like to become a Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Facilitator and deliver training to your team and other organisations?

We are running a 2 day Facilitator Training Course, which allows you to be signed off as an NHSE Approved Tier 2 Facilitator allowing you deliver the 1 day Tier 2 Oliver McGowan training in partnership with co-trainers with lived experience.

Please see attached the job description which explains the skills and expertises needed to become a Tier 2 Facilitator.

Each part of the Oliver's Training needs to be delivered in partnership with co-trainers with lived experience.  To deliver the one-day Tier 2 training, organisations will need a training team of Facilitating Trainers with specialist learning disability and autism experience, and teams of Co-Trainers with a learning disability and Co-Trainers who are autistic.
